As wintertime comes to a close in the warm, swampy state of Texas, I find myself thinking of vacationing. I picture a breezy, comfortable island, where the ocean is crystal clear and the waves have white foamy tips. This Seaside infinity scarf is perfect for chilly ocean nights, or just a winter’s day that needs cheering up.
In this pattern, I utilized the moss stitch, a simple yet powerful stitch for color-working.

Tips Before Starting
The hardest part of this infinity scarf is connecting the beginning chain from end to end to form a circle. There are four ways to do this: 1) slip stitch the chain from end to end, and then sc around; 2) chain, ch 1, sc down the chain and then slip stitch (stitch up the slight gap when you weave in the ends; 3) Foundation single crochet and then slip stitch the ends together; 4) Do the pattern as a big rectangle and then sew together the ends at the end.
I am using method #2 for this pattern, but feel free to do whatever method you prefer.
